The inclusion of Cooby, Cressbrook & Glenlyon dams on the SIP is in the current freshwater Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS).
When this is finalised & if they are all accepted they should go on the scheme. Time frame? God only knows, but it should be within 6 months or so. I'd guess as the start of the next financial year or the one after as this is when all the doe gets chopped up for distribution to the various participating impoundments.
I can't see there being a problem with their inclusion on the scheme.
