Has anyone fished Leslie lately? Whats the state of the ramp at the washpool?
I'm heading down on Saturday to see the folks and should get a couple of hours in the arvo for a fish barring the usual gale force winds that spring up when the trailer hits the towbar.
i was told today that the dam is only 7% at the moment &
as far as the ramp goes i dont think its seen water in 12months you need a packed lunch to get from the ramp to the water they were catching a few yellas on thrimp a

g'day. I fished there two months ago and it was at 7% then. The boat ramps are long gone. The best spots to put in were up near the camp ground and about half way between the concrete boat ramps and the camp ground. Just give the bank a check first as i did see half a dozen bogged cars. Good luck.
haven't been there for about two months last time i was there, there was a few yellas around taking live bait. that was probably me bogged on the edge thus haven't returned for a while.
