    Gary,
    Did you pull into Pindari?
Was wondering the water level was at (percentage).
Don't know that the camping at the dam sites come under the NSW NP&W. I have seen a site under development with some maps. I will see if i can find it again.
    Cheers,
    Jeff

    Re: NEW YEAR W/END

It would be a hell of a paddle (maybe someone could tow you most the way or fit your canoe in their tinnie) but I believe the creek up the top end of Pindari is quite an interesting walk with plenty of holes worth probing. I've only been there a couple of times and haven't done the walk, but both times saw boats left up at the head of the dam when the occupants have left it and walked up further.
Think I remember reading a magazine article about someone that went with a guide out of Tenterfield and arranged to cut across private land to get up above pindari.
    Might be worth a look.
    Anyway,
    Cheers,
    Jeff
