    North Pine Dam

    Gidday Fitzy/Anybody ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

What is the go today for fishing North Pine?
Is the permit system still in place?
Does your boating permit for Somerset cover North Pine as well?
Do you need a permit to fish from the bank other than the SIP?
Is it still worth fishing? I noticed not too many posts in last 12 months about the fishing?

    Cheers

    G'Day Budgebass,
    1. Yes the permit system is required for Lake Samsonvale $110/year
    2. No the boating permit for Somerset Dam does not cover Lake Samsonvale dispite SEQ Water Board being the connection.
    3. A Stocked Impoundment Permit or any other permit is not required to fish from the banks of Lake Samsonvale.
    4. At this time of the year both lure and bait fishing is very good,Samsonvale fishes very well in the winter months, hope this is some help for you, Cheers and good fishing 2u Whitto

Thanks very much, I have always heard lots about it.

Dropped in for the first visit the other day.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated it looks like a good option for a Sunday drive and flicking a few soft plastics with the tinlids.

    Cheers
