    ??? ???I need some tips on fishing somerset as this will be the first time. I am going in mid november, hope someone can help me.

    The first time I went to somerset I bought a fishing map from Kmart that had a selection of SE QLD dams on it, which landed me 8 yellowbelly and 2 bass. It was worth the $. Think they still have it on sale. Have only really fishing the southern end out from the Spit Boat ramp. Trolling deep divers around the rocky cliffs and headlands. Live shrimp are a top bait, usually caught on dusk and after bark in bait traps(fine mesh).
