    Cressbrook Boat Ramps

    Gidday

I am thinking of going to Cressbrook on the weekend, I had heard earlier that there was some problems with the Boat Ramp.

Can u use a 2 wheel drive to launch a tinnie?

Appreciate if anyone could give some advice.

    Cheers

Boat Ramps are a bit dodgy for anybody thinking about catching a bass or two but they are OK.

Got about 30 bass for the day, nothing on lures, not a lot of size, tin lids had fun with the rats and the shrimps.

Only on the water about 9 and fished till 3 - but still had a great day

Yep, mate of mine had a little trouble getting his tinny outta the water on Wednesday, ' cos they were laying the gravel. Should be an improvement, he reckons.

    Thanks fellas for the info

Wont forget 1 particular event on Sunday, just after lunchtime, we put the boat on the bank near the picnic area and went for lunch with the kids.

When we came back the bass had the gar bailed up in the shallows.

Youd swear it was a school of mackerel or tailor, unbelievable.

Tried to entice them wiht a squidgy but no luck.

But great day on the water
    Cheers
