Went to the Tweed Friday and after pulling in a nice bream 36 to the fork on a pumpkinseed 3" gulp, headed upriver and scored a nice bass 37 to the fork on a bloodworm 3" minnow.
Cheers.

best of both worlds
nice fish
well done
Great work Marcel,
Did you have to travel far from the bream to the brackish water for the bass. Sounds like a good idea, target bream in the incoming and fish for bass in the afternoon. I havny fished the tweed in my yak yet, will have to get there one day.
Cheers
Aaron
love my little river where i can get a bass on one cast and a bream on the very next cast and this is in the fresh water part but i'm sure it is like this in many rivers
those buggers of bream can sure live anywhere
great score. I here that you can catch bass and bream, in the brissy river at collagers crossing.
thank god for that because if and when we move up that will be one thing i would missOriginally Posted by elephrez1
