Sunday Arvo at Awoonga
Went up to Monduran on weekend.... Weather was not real flash on Saturday . Managed 1 Barra in the boat .
Sunday went for a drive to Awoonga... Caught up with some friends and had a quick fish from around 3 to 5:30 Pm. Weather was cold, windy, and even a bit of rain...
Must be nuts [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]
Boated 4 Barra and lost a few. Lure used was a 125 mm Scorpion

hice fish there mate.
I notice that it looks like you have double line of mono down towards the lure, is this correct? If so what knots do you use for this?
Thanks mate and keep up the good work.

Re: Sunday Arvo at Awoonga
That is a lite weight home made job ...Made from 40 lb Jinki...
2.5 rod lengths... hand twisted into a double and then the 2 ply is twisted back on its self to make a 4 strand butt section for aprox 25 cm and then finished off at the top of 4 strand with a granny knot with a dob of super glue .Attached to a #6 cross lock snap with a leader crimp just above it wich helps hold the show together if 1 strand should get cut.
Cheers Les
