Faust,awoonga and sommerset road trip

Spent the last two weeks on the road fishing the above dams.

Caught some good Barra at faust the biggest went 118cm..Only managed a catfish from awoonga however as i arrived at the dam the same time as a sw/se cool change which basically blew it out

From awoonga picked up a mate in brissie and headed out to sommerset for a couple of days where we picked up some good yellowbelly and bass, my mate John picked up the biggest bass 51cm
at the fork and in prime condition.

Overall it was a top two weeks on the road covering some 3800kms by road and 380kms on the water. I met some great people including a few ausfish members and caught some top fish as well.....Smithy..

Another Faust Barra this is the fattest one I have seen..This was the only fish that wasn't released as I just couldn,t revive it ..I think it may have had a cardiac arrest or something....
