Heading up to Faust
Heading up to Faust on the 20th to the 24th of october been there twice before came close twice but have never suceeded. Determined to suceed this time. Any hints and tips would be a great help. Thanks Brad.

Brad, I will be there as well as well from Oct 17th to about 24th. I have only been there once before, but did OK (see left pic). As my experience is limited I will leave it to others for tips. Good luck and I hope to see you on the dam.
Anyone else up there around this time?

drop in and see lindsay dobe at proserpine bait and tackle he is a top bloke and wont lead you asstray

I was there for four days last week and scored a few barra up to 1.08M. They wanted smaller lures like classic 97's and even Reidy's little lucifers. I did get the biggest on a B52.

As you can see the nights have been very cool so take some warm clothes

Hey stumpthumpa hope to see you up there somewhere if not on the dam we will be camped at camp kanga down the back on the left hand side call in and have a coldie and a yarn. Regards Brad.

Nice fish davo that's what where after. What worked best in the shallows or out in the deep. Have been told slow trolling along the dam wall just on dark is worth a try. Thanks Brad.

Troll the shallows and try some smaller lures like a Classic 97 or even a little lucifer. Stuff around 75-100mm long worked well.
