Went out today at about 1500 and at 1630 I landed this girl. The smile says it all.
She went 105......I am stoked. Over a metre
Tail wouldn't behave but you get the picture. A quick photo and back for someone else to catch.

Got her casting, not in the timber, but along the fringe of a tree line. Once hooked though she headed straight for the timber as you can imagine.
Roughly 12 minutes later and she was in the boat and I was smiling. My son took the pic and has done an excellent job. (8 year old).

The effort has paid off, but I think I'm getting that Barra Fever. I want to be out there everyday. It's a shame we have to work isn't it. But then I guess I would'nt be here at all if I didn't.
