hi scotty, mate you gotta get yourself some spinner baits in the auspin twinspins in black/red or purple, agood surface lure like peter newells paddlers or halco night walkers. and the newest thing that everyones got to have is some jackells even if they are25 to30 bucks a pop. mate theres just to many great lures to tell you to buy. im always in trouble with the missis for buying new lures every where we go. if your confident with whatever you choose youll catch fish. bdowdy....

    Re: goin shoping

    get plenty of spinnerbaits,
a range of colours epsecially red and black if ur chasing cod,

umm try some soft plastics, and ive found that the jointed jitterbugs are great also for cod,

and maybe a range of squidgee fish and slider grubs,

have fun mate, just remember the tackle is bloody dear, u will have to spend a couple of hundred dollars to get a good selection ,

oh well its all good fun mate

    Cheers,

    Re: goin shoping

If you wanna pay money for quality, go predatek boomerangs, they work well on yellas and cod don't know about bass. In spinners go for aus spin in various colours, blue and white contrasts work well. If you want cheaper lures go for stumper jumpers, they work a charm.

Stumpjumpers are a great lure mate, in hardbodies,
i reckon they have outfished all the others ive tried, thats including predatek, deceptions, rmg and others,

great lure mate, get a range of colours, but the chartruese and redfin paterns work well

Oargee's go pretty hard for yella's and cod, out there i don't think you'll come across to many bass.
