Somerset
Had a blinder at Somerset yesterday, went up in the mates boat, took us a while to find them, but when we did the sounder was black with literally hundreds of Bass mainly males and some big girls all roed up and no where to go,nailed 33 bass in a 3 to 4 hr period, the males all about 45cm and the females were 53cm all were returned to fight another day, One of the females had a tag and am waiting for the information to be sent to me, Im guessing she will be about 8/9 years old, anyhow they are there to be caught and will be going again next Tuesday to see if they are still in the area, Cheers and good fishing 2u all, Whitto

Re: Somerset
Got the information on the tagged Bass it was tagged in 1998@41cm and caught for the first time yesterday@52cm making it 8yrs 7mts and was tagged very near where it was caught, this shows that Bass have a very slow growth rate in comparison to Barra, interesting none the same, Cheers Whitto
