    First time at samsonvale

    Hi, i am planning my first trip to lake samsonvale on the 13/10/06 and I am looking for any help on where to start fishing what areas and what colors is the most successful to use.
    Going out late Friday arvo.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    go to bullockies rest walk down the hill and head left towards the dam wall. use spinner baits in drab natural colours.

    Not a good day friday the 13th. Didn't get away from work on time and the trafic was crap, only got to the dam at 5.30pm and being new to the dam had no idea where to go. Anyway had a few casts to no avail. Maybe next time might get there earlier to explore a little.
