im going today and im just wondering if any one has had any luck there lately. im hiting the surface in the arvo with frogs. has any one got lucky here with scum frog popers

Surface works well at Macca's. They're hitting most types of surface lures. Cultiva Gobo's have the best hook-up %.

i saw them to day in the tackel store bummer i should have got one, thay look like the megabass ones i will get one next week when i have more money (lures are sending me broke) thanks 4 the tip im of to try know to score a bass or 2, let u ausfishers know how i do.

I was there three weeks ago and caught bass on the surface with cultiva zip and ziggy's. This was early morning before the sun gets up.

I WAS THERE TIGES DID YOU SEE A GUY IN A BLACK CANOE THAT WAS ME
AND NO LUCK. I HIT ONCE ON A RIVER TO SEA POPPER AND GOT SMASHED TWICE ON A LITTEL BLACK POPPER I MADE BUT DID NOT STAY CONNECTED (BUMMER). IT WAS AWSOME ALL THE FISH SLURPING ON THE SURFACE ON SUN SET JUST BEAUTIFUL. IM GOING BACK AGAIN FORSHORE. MAYBE I WILL LAND ONE NEXT TIME ( I WISH I HAD A FLY ROD THERE THE BASS WERE EATING FLYING ANTS,TERMITES,BUG THINGS THAT HAD FALLEN ON THE SURFACE)
