Are you like me and pedantic about the way your fish is cooked?
I know this chat site has an attached recipe site but it hasn't developed in 8 months. (Nobody's fault)
So many of us ask how to cook crabs, prawns, mackeral etc
Last manth I saw a FANTASTIC Jew Laksa by one of our members totally by accident in browsing.

YES I can buy a cook book, ask a few friends for recipes BUT what a knowledge base we have on all of the chat boards. How about it????

Why don't we have have a data base of awesome recipes to impress loved one's with our hard earned fish????
