    gold-spot blubberlip: recipe ideas

    does anyone have any ideas on how to cook the gold-spot blubberlip i am having for tea tonight??
    the fish is whole.

    thanks for that . ended up mixing lemon juice basil thyme and somehting else???? into a sort of past, cut slits into the flesh and stuck in the paste. all i can say is i would more than happily eat it again.
