hey all i recommend you try this its a whiting recipe
you fillet off two good fillets and
then you rub in butter and lemon ppepper on the skin to flavour and then just lightly sprinkle the lemon pepper on the flesh and then put butter in the pan and wait till it burns and then place the fish skin side down till its crunchy looking and then the other side till all cooked and have some toast with it
it will be the best whiting youll taste in a long time
