Here's something i put together and bouy is it good.
First, cook one of those 2 minute chicken noodles and then let it stand while the fish is cooked.
Get a fillet or two of what ever fish you like. I like to use sweet lip.
Put in a microwave safe container and pour some sweet chili sauce over it and then add a little water too steam.
Steam the fish until it is cooked. Break the fish up when its done and leave in the juice.
Add the noodles and fish and both juices together and lightly mix.
Let it stand for a minute or two, just to let the flavours fuse.
This is a top dish. Simple and quick. Double this recipe for two people.
The soup you end up with at the end is magic.
