Great recipe, similar to chermoula, is a variation on the Argentinian chimchurri.

Bunch of fresh coriander
Bunch of parseyl or similar quantity of clery leaves
1 or 2 tsp salt
juice 1 lemon
2 to 5 garlic cloves
splash of olive oil
pepper to tatse

Put all in a blender till finely chopped, and spoon straight onto fresh grilled seafood - anything....even great on BBQ lamb.
