i USUALLY COOK THE COD WHOLE ON THE BBQ WITH SOME LEMON SLICES,BUTTER AND GARLIC IN THE GUT CAVITY AND A BIT OF SALT AND PEPPER THEN WRAPPED IN FOIL. hAS ANYONE GOT ANY OTHER RECIPES FOR ON THE BBQ?

I miss Murray Cod!!
Used to be able to buy it in the fish and chip shop at Mildura when I worked there years ago but I hear they and other indiginous sp are on the way back with the demise of the carp.

What could go wrong.......................
Chuck some sliced onion, tomatoes, bacon and thyme as well as butter and s&p, wrap and cook slow.
Another one (sounds weird but I like it) either put in gut cavity or put between 2 fillets and wrap in foil.
Sliced onions, butter some pitted cherries and some of those spicy marinated olives. Use about half as many olives as cherries.
