    Hi there,
    As a fishing fanatic, but not very knowledgeable, could someone help me, a few years ago I heard about a home made item called a pnuematic surf bait caster, it was suposedly very simple to make from a piece of piping and would cast your bait a considerable distance out into the surf, but I've never seen one. Could anyone enlighten me on this subject.

    I've never heard of them. Wonder if they are legal? Sounds like a big blowdart

    Hi

    There is such a device that can be home made, they are very dangerous and would not suggest anyone try making or using one. Would also suspect that they would be illegal.
