Thread: Bream lures

    Bream lures

Interested to hear what others favour as a hard-bodied bream lure. My top three are the Scorpion 35 (gold with orange back, either sinking or suspending), the Deception Paleamon (also gold and orange), and the Oargee Little Ripper (mullet colour).

    Cheers

Despite their reputation, I've never had much luck with attacks. Never witnessed a bream caught on them either. Tried mainly the yellow/orange/black tiger pattern. Maybe it's the way I use them.

The oargee Little Ripper is a greatly underated bream lure in my view, but can be awkward to cast because of its light weight.
