Advice on spooling braid

I have decided to give braid a go but was wondering about spooling it on the reel. I read somewhere once that you need to spool it quite tightly compared to mono which is put on only finger tight. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

what we do is fill a bucket up with water put the braid spool in the bucket and put a bit of dowl or a screwdriver through the middle and get someone to put pressure on the spool of line the water helps reduce friction and goes on tighter

got this thing from kmart called a reel mate...

dead set made it easy as eating, just tie and wind as it has an adjustable wing nut that you set the pressure ya want.

Best ten or so bucks I sent for a while anyhows...
