What tackle set up do you use : Saltwater

I'm keen to hear what tackle set up everyone uses (excluding 7wt and below)

On a standard trip I take at least the following gear. There's usually a range of spare lines etc, but I'm more interested to hear what you use as salt water rods and set up if putting rods together for a week's fishing for example.

Rods
8/9 Daiwa Samurai (back up rod - has had to be used too many times already and will not die - brilliant beginner's rod if you can get one)
10 wt St Croix
12 wt St Croix

Reels
Ross Cimmaron IV 8-10wt; Floating and Sinking Lines (one spare spool); used sometimes also with lead core head to get down deep to reefs etc to get the fly in the zone quickly
Orvis Saltwater 12wt (floating line only)
