Sitting around waiting for the weather to come good, my god I was that bored I cooked dinner!!! any who this is what I done-
1/ Peal and de-vein the green prawns (leaving only the tail section)
2/ Pat the prawns dry (this helps heaps with the coating process)
3/ Hold by tail and dip the prawns into a egg wash
4/ Roll the prawn in a dry mix of finely crushed almonds and sesame seeds
5/ Drop them into a deep fryer (170 degrees) and pull out after they have gone a golden colour
Dipping Sauce
Mix up a brew of Avocado, Mayonnaise and Lemon Pepper Seasoning
