Spinner Bait rod for 3/8-1/2 oz.

Hi guys.
lookng to make up a spinner bait rod.(6'2"-6'4")
Will be using mainly 3/8 -1/2oz Bassman baits.Reel will be a chronarch with 10 -14 pound fireline.20-30 pound leader. Any suggestions on blanks to use.????
