Improving Shimano Drag

Hi

I just serviced a few reels. I was surprised that the Shimano Stradics have only one felt and one metal washer. Others ( Daiw Regal) had al ot more layers

Can / Could this Stradic be improved?

where would I get the parts?

Hi Gary, try some teflon drag washers, i get mine from Browns Plains bait and tackle.
