drag on 6500 bait runeris still very jerky after giving it a servise every thing looks good any ideas hoga

Presuming that the drag washers are in the right order and lubed with suitable stuff,your spool washer(part no 1091)may be damaged or missing.On a Thunnus it's a tiny little washer that sticks to the bottom of the spool and falls off when you remove it,causes jerky drag if left out.That part no. is for a 6500 B,if you don't have your schematic drawing,it's the last thing that goes on before the spool.

take the reel to your local tackle shop...and count the drag washers and place them correctly, if they are in the wrong order, it may even damage them??
