I am thinking of putting the ABU Cardinal 4000 reel on my birthday wishlist....

does anyone have any experience with this reel?

There are several types of Abu Cardinal, some perform well, some don't. Unfortunately the new cardinals seem to be pretty poorly made. Need more in info mate...
