You gota have atleast 100mrts on mono first before you put on the braid as braid will slip under pressure. Can't help you on that brand of braid as i've never used it.

i have never used finn braid however have heard good reports about it.
personally i use bionic braid have it on 4 outfits and it does the job no problems at all. other good braids are platypus super braid have used it on numerous occasions and did the job no problems.
i have a tld 20 on a 15kg live fibre and run 30lb braid. 30lb braid will generally be sufficent
no matter which brand of braid you go for you will need to put some substantial backing on. as braid is generaly 1/3rd the diameter of mono.
therfore 30lb your best choice is to run 300-350m of 30lb mono backing and then run 300m of 30lb braid on the top.
if you go 40lb then run about 200-230m of 40lb mono and then 300m of 30lb braid on top
hope it hasn't confused you

to work out how much mono to put on
first fill your reel with your braid
them put as much mono on your reel as you need
them take it all off and put on in reverse order
(I use a cordless drill and an empty spool to take the line off)

I use platypus pink. in my experience it has less stretch than other monos ive used, resulting in less line twists and less tangles.

Platypus Super 100 is good.

Berkley trilene is easily the best mono I have used, so I would personally recommend that as the backing. But reality is that if you get busted down to the mono, then you are in a whole lot of grief anyways. The backing really serves no other purpose than to allow the braid something to bed in.
I use 80lb fins to jig +30kg sambo's so there are no problems with Fins braid - great stuff in my book. Knots well and hasn't busted on me yet.

platty super braid is OK, but super thin and cuts like buggery.........stick with Fins IMO (and I have both!)

Make sure that the charter opperator allows braid on his charters, some don't.
