Hi everyone,
I am a big fan of the plastics but i find myself that i have restricted myself to berkleys 3 inch minnows and a couple of different three inch gulps. I seen some articles that people of posted i am just wondering if anyone could give me a heads up to their opinion is of the best soft plastic for esturine fishing
cheers matt ;)

My personal favourite are Softies, Ice Blue for clear water, or Mandarin Gold if it's murky. I like them because they are super stretchy, and handle teeth pretty well, so they last better than other brands I've used. Always spray a bit of Stimulate with ultrabite on them. Really seems to make a difference.

Havnt done alot of estuary fishing so you'd know what plastic would be the best to use 'fishingforlife'. Some Atomic Grubs or maybe even some Squdgie Flickers. Got to love them Evil Minnows ;). you could give those a go?

I like 3" Gulp minnows in smelt. They seem to catch Bream and Flathead regularly for me. I have more luck with these than the Gulp 3" minnow grubs in pumpkin seed that everyone seems to rave about.
I think a large percentage of plastics fishing is confidence. If you have a plastic you know works you'll probably fish it better than a random one you are unsure about.

Definitely oddbudman,I've long believed that much of the Squidgies brand plastics success is due to the use of 2 well known fishers (who're also talented anglers) and the statement about being designed for aussie fish...c'mon now!!!!!..fish are fish are fish are fish, the prey/predator relationship isn't all that different between fish here and the other side of the world!..amazing marketing from the start - almost as amazing as the crazy price being charged for this made in China @ 2 bob a pack gear!!! :( :(

Squidgie Wigglers in gary glitter or silver fox colour in any size are one to have in the bag if you really want to catch flathead everyday you go fishing they have never failed me yet!
I love the Berkley grubs for bream & the odd big flathead...
