THey are a great rod:) I have 2 one 4kg 6'6 and one that os 5-8km at 7'6. I use mine iwht bait quite offten but don't tend to put BIG baits on them, i am still running Braid through them though.
cheers
Brandon,
I've now got 2 as well - a 7'2" 2-4Kg Bream Finesse and 7'6" Snapper outfit the same as Brandon has. Both are 2 piece, so good for storage.
They're fine for bait work (though obviously not huge baits). They're on special at BCF for $99 at the moment. I'm biased, but I don't think you'll get a better rod at that price.
Good luck,
Mike

These are great rods and remember if BCF have them on special and you have one of the stores that can't be named nearby (A A Sports) then simply head over to them, tell em about the BCF price and they have to beat it by 10%.

If they have the one you want in stock.. ;)
I have a Ian miller raider bream finesse rod that I use to flick my plastics but i also use it quite reguly for bait fishing and i have never had a problem. i have been using it on a shallow reef that I know, with 15lb braid on a shimano symetre reel and have been able to catch small sweetlip and snapper up to 50cm without a problem.
hope this helped
Cheers Mat
