how many soft plastics are too many

When you have forgotten what you own. You go to the bait shop pick up a few "new" bags to try, get home and throw them in on top of six or eight identical packs. This has happened to me. My favorite color was "redbug" a somewhat clear dark cherry red with green and black flake in it . I probably have close to two dozen packs of finesse worms in this color. But now Key Lime is my favorite, its dark green on the back with lime green on the belly, and I can see a repeat of "The Redbug Incident" in the near future.

I know I have a problem.......I just can't stop!

Mate ive got more softplastics then there are fish to catch. When you get to this stage i think you have enough. So then you start to buy hard bodied lures.

Well having just had a laugh elsewhere at someone who had 1000 hard bodies.

Then I saw this thread and a A rough calc in the old snoggin came in over that amount for soft plastics, and I have only been using them for a couple of months :-[

So once again I will have to learn to put brain in gear before "gobbing off"! (Atleast plastics are an awful lot cheaper!)

I would say I own about 100 packs of soft plastics, thats a few of each type and colour that I use. I always think that somewhere one of them is bound to work when another will not. You can never own enough lures! ;D ;D

You can never have enough mate, if you are worried about having too many then rush out to the local tackle store and by 10 more ;D.
