Hey everyone
I was wondering what baitcaster reel would you prefer out of the TD Sol or Chronarch 50mg and if anyone has had any troubles with them or herd any bad reports about them. Im thinking of getting one of these reels for bass fishing and putting it on one of the new Starlo Stix. I will be using light braid on the reel and casting small hardbodies, and how do these reels cast light lures
Thanks T-roy

Well I can't say much about using bait caster reels but I can vouch for the quality of the Shimano reels as I use a Shimano TLD25 when I am out chasing the big ones. It is a lovely reel and you can feel the quality when using it. Hope this helps sort of.

I've traditionally been a Shimano man myself, but have been hearing a lot of good things about the Diawa baitcasters. I cant really fault the consistent quality of the Shimanos. Many are saying Diawa are making the best baitcasters on the market at the moment. That said, I dont think there would be much between them though. Especially in the top end, you wouldnt go wrong either way. I've just ordered a Diawa Millionaire Blacksheep 250. Will be taking it to Awoonga for a week around the next full moon. Will be my first Diawa reel, and from all reports, it should be a good one.
Cheers
