2000-2500 Reels.............

Hi Guys and Girls,

Looking at buying a 2000-2500 baby spinning reel.
Any Advice on what to get?????

Aj, depends on how much you want to spend, but a good price/performance reel IMHO is the Shimano Symetre 2500. They are usually around the $120-140 mark. They share a lot of features with the more expensive Stradic and Sustain (2-3x the price). I think you'll be hard pressed to find a Symetre owner who has bad words to say about the reel (myself included).

Anyway, let us know your budget and some other people may have some suggestions.
