Barra Bound

Am off with a few other fishos Thursday to hit Awoonga Dam (near Gladstone) and a few other spots if time permits. ;D Hope the weather gives us a good shot at them barra.

Well we coped some levely weather. Blowing 25 - 30 s for the duration, after a quick shot on the first morning. We didn't manage to land a barra & had to be consoled with some alligator gar, double figure forkies & some big eye trevs from the Boyne River. A few barra we're caught on live baits at night by a few die hard fishos while we entertained Johhny Walker at Willowgrove Van park.

Salvaged something by swinging past Cania on the run home to get a couple of saratoga.
