fished the tweed river / cobaki lake thursday with bait "froggys" and lures, caught this 92 cm 7kg dusky on a brad smith "digga", pic and released to breed again. mekong

Very nice fish mate...well caught, and nice to see she went back. Just a suggestion for next time though, if you plan to release a fish such as that flathead, try to support its weight evenly when you take it from the water and hold it for a photo.
A fish of that size carries some considerable weight, as you know, and by holding it only from the gills, you can cause it some serious injury because of the stresses imposed on the one spot.
Usually one hand under its head with your thumb over the head, and your other hand supporting the body/tail is a good way to hold them.
As I said, nice fish mate. Good to see some big ones come out from time to time.
