From a mate of mine down the Gold Coast some of you may know from the days when SEQTAR was strong in ANSA.
HEY ROB, HERE ARE SOME OF THE PHOTOS FROM OUR TRIP TO BENDORODA PNG IN JULY / AUGUST.
THE TRIP WAS EVERYTHING I READ ABOUT AND MORE. AFTER READING HARRO'S ARTICAL IN 1983 I'VE DREAMED OF GOING AND FISHING SUCH REMOTE EXOTIC PLACES. IT WAS SO GOOD WE ALREADY TALKING ABOUT BOOKING THE SAME TIME NEXT YEAR. THE PICS INCLUDE WALLY & 15LB B/B, ME & 20LB B/B, BOTH OF US WITH DOUBLE HOOKUP B/B, RAPALA LURE 5 TROLLS & FIVE FISH LATER ITS READY FOR THE POOL ROOM, & BARRY WITH A HORSE 34LB BLACK BASE. YOU WILL PROBABLY NEVER SEE ANY ESTUARY FISH PULL 50LB STRING OFF A LOCKED DRAG AS FAST & LONG AS WHAT THIS FISH DID. ITS SCARY TO THINK THEY GROW TO 60-70LB.
BETTER GET READY FOR WORK NOW, TALK TO YOU SOON.
REGARDS TOPPY

Guys,
If you guys want to catch Black Bass, do it NOW.
These operations often don't last too long, before the tribal politics close them down.
Awesome photo.
Life is short. Fish Hard.

Smithy:Top shots :o I too have wanted to fish for PNG's black bass since I first watched harro's video with Lefty Kreh.I'm actually now at the point where i "need" to catch them ;D -
I have booked both of the new lodges in New Britain after quite a bit of research,on what should be prime periods.Lindenhaven (http://www.anglingadventures.com.au/lindenhafen.html ) in February and Bia ( http://www.anglingadventures.com.au/baia.html ) in August . I may have a spot in the February group and haven't started to put the August one together yet - So give me a call if you would like to join us. Costs will be around $5500.00 Ex- Sydney for 6 days fishing 7 nights.

Regards Scotto
# I am leading these groups as non commercial exercise - and have just booked them via Angling Adventures.
