he caught on pretty fast and there will be mackerel sizzling tonight,

Do you enjoy making the rest of us look bad Rob ???. I reduced my number of posts of mid size macs caught as you make them look like tadpoles :-[. Don't worry, you're just firing me up to practice how to get stuck into better fish. One of these days, I'll make my mum proud again ;D ;D ;D ;).

A big thanks obviously goes out to Rob and the generousity he shows to so many of us less fortunate fishermen :-)

Only being a small boat and calm water fisherman the experience of coming back into a 20+Kt wind was something else.

Hey dane, I told Rob to blur out my face so as not to take attention away from the fish but he didn't listen ;D ;D ;D ;D

If you guys reckon Rob makes it look easy here (online) I can confirm he also makes it look easy on the water. No mucking around we just went straight to the fish and started catching them.

Thanks once again Rob I really apprciate it and now I have some idea of what you blokes really get up to when you go fishing :-)
