Caught this nice sweetlip at Mud on a soft plastic at about midday. :)

It was 40cm and I caught it on a 3" Pink Manns Scented Curlytail grub.

Got a couple about the same size on yabbies in the Broadwater last Sunday (15/1/06) - first for me. Thought they were good sized bream at first but very pleased to see 'em. I'll try SP's next time I'm out. 8-)

Yeah SPs are good but you shouldn't just rely on them. So I usually take bait as well.

we tried mud in the morning and only caught a cod on sp, but no sounder though :( :(
