Tweed River Monster Whiting

Finally got to spot X at the tweed river for a session. Looks like the monster whiting were hiding managed to catch a dozen whiting with the biggest only going to 32cm. Will have a pic up as I promised last time soon. Also caught 6 nice bream ranging from 28cm to 36cm. Had one hit on my 100 pound line with whole pilly and 6/O Hook hooked it it ran a little then good bye cut me off with its teeth maybe shark or big mangrove jack next time will have steel trace on the front.

well done tinn, all I manage to hook is under size ones of late :'(

there are some good ones under the power lines and down around the grassy bank. just need blood worms. which are available in the river.
