hit seven mile beach this mornin only to be greated by a biggest swell i seen for a while,after short discussion we decided to head to flat rock ,silly me same swell.So there is one place left ricmond river spotX.The place just have its options viva south :) anyway this fish is the result of the second cast which is just as well coz after the next fish the batteries went flat in the cam.
note the disfiguration on the head big female went 49 cm a true monster >Other fish caught 4 breams countless small whiting on prawns a little flattie and a big one were lost.and another 7 keeper whiting for me all of my fish caught on gulp sandworms in camo colours ,all in all a nice day cheers

well done
i also fished the river up past the ferry and got 6 bream and a good whiting measured in at 45cm the richmond is looking good for the months to come.

Geday manchild ,
Awesome size whiting .
I got a pack of those gulp sandworms in camo colour on the weekend .
Any tips on rigging them ?

Very nice whiting mate, Your Spot X is a good spot to fish caught quite a few good fish from around there. ;)

searaider just fish em as normal worms ,the heads seems to be workin better
