Hi All
Hit Wello Pt with 'TINN' last night. We were in at 6pm and fished the right hand side of the last leads until 8ish. We drifted over grounds from 7m - 2.5m during this time for a 50cm shark on bait. Nothing on SP's. We then moved to the other side of the leads (between the leads and Huybers) and drifted there until 11pm in 5m to 2.5m. Tinn used a variety of baits (squid, pillies and mullet) without attracting too much interest, while I boated 3 under size Squire on SP's.
Perfect conditions - 5 knots NE, High at 9.10pm and near to full moon (and next to no boating traffic)! Yet, the fish didn't want to play the game.... I guess it was still better than watching telly on the couch and great company as well! Thanks Tinn!
