second squire on Sp's trip.

gaday all friday had my second go at squire on Sp's great fun.
unlike the last trip the vermin stayed away and the good fish comeout to play.
with only a couple hours of fishable water . we got 4 keepers best went 41 cm.
while not big by some standards its still great on 6 lb bream gear.
ablout 8:30 am went for a tuna chase for bugger all.
i think just a little too much wind.
but had a ball.

lots of pics of diamond trevally on this site lately. i've only ever seen them up north. by the way i've seen the most amazing fish prints done by covering them with ink and pressing them into rice paper. a mate of mine on the cape used to do them and then frame the resulting print and hang it on the wall. they were very impressive

yep their poisonous the goga grip work well. ;)
near cuchie. the squire were hitting pretty good but probably not as good as the ones glen puts you on to.
you fishing the classic this year??
october 4-5-6-7th
4th is sign on night.
5-6-7 fishing days.
I'm the chairman this year. go figure.
