well myself and the young fellow decided to give the river a shot last night as part of the river to mud. As for us we pulled the pick around 3 times from around 8.30 pm to the top pf the tide at midnight in the search of some decent river squire . Most places that produce fish were as quiet as a cementry. We only caught vermon for the night so we pulled the pin but i turned up for the breakie . Having a good chat with adamy when t1 and tinn show up from their couple of hour session with a bagout of river squire. Bloody things must have come on the chew on the run out. good on ya lads ,you did well. Hey you don't have to catch a fish to be a winner as i won the lucky door prize ,Set of scales from ausfish and I had a good chance to have a look at these and their bloody beauties. Gee I'm wrapped, Actually the whole mini event was fantastic and was a brilliant way to meet a few fellow ausfish fishos so a big wrapp to the guys who made it possible Steve,webby and all of you others.Mate i hope this is an anual event and i'll be looking out for more meet and greets or similar events.
