Mate and I went for a bream fish today from 6:30am to 12:30pm, fished from TSS to Runway Bay marina including the seaway (twice) wavebreak island and a few of the canals in between for the grand total of 5 bream and one flathead. The only saving grace was that all the fish were legal, flathead-42cm, bream-23,25,28 and 2x 34cm fork length. Only one bream and the flathead from the seaway and the rest from the canals (one per canal), all were caught on gulps in nuclear chicken shrimp or pumpkinseed fry.
Cheers Ian
PS as the old saying go's, no run no fun!

Geez Ian
With the amount of fish I've got lately ,I'd thought you would have a blinder of a day.

I'm down there tomorrow, I'll let you know how I go.

Mick, I hope there is more run tomorrow then there was today, was using 1/12th jigheads in the seaway (25-40 foot) and was thinking of changeing to a 16th because of the snag ups I was getting, even the baito's were getting jack.

Ian

I have spoken to a few fishos that are having the same probs. Even the fish outside are a bit finicky at the moment. Suppose thats what keeps us coming back.
