Charged up a mission down to the North Coast for a fish off the stones yesterday morning. Wasn't happy about the northerly blowing and the low tide, but can't do much about that! Landed a GT about 2kgs on a popper before the sun got up, while my mate Josh caught 3 Tailor, two 40cm and one 50cm model on a 25g Sniper metal.
GT and the big Tailor put up a great fight trying to take us back to their bommie. All fish caught before 7.30am, then everything shut down as usual!! Beautiful morning on the rocks, even saw a few Whales.

I have to agree with the sunrise in the background. Absolutely picturesque. What more could one want than a nice feed and a beautiful sunrise to start a day? ::) ;)

Hey Zach,
Had my stradic loaded up with 12lb fireline and 30lb leader about 2 metres in length, which acts as a shock absorber. Otherwise the Tailor will throw the hooks most of the time.
Cheers Matt
