Headed across a sloppy bay sat arvo for a night excursion across to the land east of Mud.
Winds were up most of the night, but she glazed out just on sunup thismorning, but not for long as then by mid morning the N/westers kicked in so we headed home.
Fished the 18m contours and structure from Sharks spit south, and once we found the bait, the squabblies werent far away.
Nothing big, but nothing small either (as you can see by the pic below) and by 4.30am high this morning both of us had filled our quota.
As the sun came over the dunes the waters also came alive with tuna, but we let them play and used the D.R. down deep and wasnt long before the doggies came on the bite, all good size fish.
Came back via Northern Mud, didnt recoginize anyone so back to Whyte, and as usual with these constanst northerlies the mouth of the river was a blanket of jelly fish.
