MUD CRABS IN BRIS RIVER

G'day All,

I'm thinking about chasing some crabs on Thursday morning & cant decide whether to chase muddies or sandies?

I've heard alot of good reports about sandies in the Bay & my old man is getting about 10 a day from 4 pots. But I'm keen to get my first mudcrab of the season in my belly!!

Has anyone had much luck in the Brisbane river recently?

i spoke to a guy at 5-30 am today at the ramp (pinkinba) he said there is some nice muddys around in the river he had his 4 pots ready to go

Had a bit of a go on Sunday for some Muddies but didnt do any good. Stick to those sandies till we get some rain i reckon.
